Shipping & Policies
Shipping
Standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $24.95. Orders over $150 ship free. Approved orders are packed within 1–2 business days and travel in discreet, unmarked packaging with tracking.
Payment verification
All orders are paid manually through Venmo, Cash App or crypto and verified by our team before fulfillment. We never store card details. Submitting false payment information will result in cancellation.
Reservations and expiry
Placing an order reserves your items while payment is verified. If no payment is submitted before the hold expires, the reservation is released automatically and the stock returns to the catalog.
Returns
Opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced or refunded.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order and verify payment. We do not sell customer data. Payment screenshots are used solely for verification and retained with the order record.

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Purchasers confirm they are qualified researchers.
